As
part of the Government's national response, Hope Clinic
Lukuli submits monthly reports through the Health Management
Information System (HMIS) Form #105. This details the
various out-patients cases, laboratory test volumes, ante-natal
and maternity cases and HIV related services. Charts produced
from this data is displayed in the clinic and the data
set has been maintained electronically for the past five
years. We also participate in national immunisation days,
distribution of centrally-purchases mosquito nets and
receive and account for immunisation vaccines, single-use
syringes, anti-malarial ACTs purchased by the Global Fund
and PMTCT drugs purchased through the Global Fund, the
Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) and UNITAID.
To
ensure that we adapt our services to the changing needs
of the community we hold community meetings with elected
leaders and religious leaders as well gathering first-hand
feedback through out outreach services.
