Supplemental to a Deed made the 17th day of February Two Thousand
and Four (hereinafter called the “Principal Deed”)
by the Trustees. The Trustees hereby declare that the following
variations shall be made to the Principal Deed pursuant to the
provisions therein contained by substituting them for the Objects
of the Charity in Clause 3 of the Principal Deed:
1) In Uganda, for the relief of mothers and children by the
provision of health facilities.
2) The relief of sickness and distress by the provision of grants
to assist community based health facilities to operate, including
donations of drugs and grants for health workers.
